All services are delivered remotely and require no production access.
Yes. The DX Continuous Improvement Package provides ongoing KPI tracking, workflow monitoring, small fixes, and advisory hours.
This is not DevOps-as-a-Service — the focus is on DX improvements, not operational run-time management.
In most cases, no.
DX assessments work with aggregated KPIs, logs, workflow data, and team feedback.
If optional access is helpful (test pipelines, staging configs), this is discussed explicitly.
Invoices can be paid via bank transfer, SEPA, or international wire transfer.
For international clients, credit card payments can be arranged on request.
